Size: 24" x 21" (wired to hang portrait or landscape) Geometry of 24 Glass, Mirror, Lepidolite, Copper, Patina Copper, Austrian Crystals Mandalas and sacred geometry are powerful tools for meditation and spiritual practice. Mandalas, intricate geometric designs representing the universe, help focus the mind and induce inner peace. Sacred geometry explores mathematical principles underlying creation, fostering spiritual growth and understanding of interconnectedness. This expanding mandala explores the geometry of 24 and emerged from the energy of me sending healing energy out to 2 friends undergoing life changing challenges. (Have fun exploring the numerology there!) Lepidolite is a powerful stone that balances the heart, third eye, and crown chakras, bringing the body, mind, and soul into harmony. The stone is known for its ability to clear blockages in these chakras, allowing for divine connection and inner wisdom to flow freely. Lepidolite is also associated with transition and emotional healing, making it a valuable tool for releasing stress and anxiety. It is a type of mica and I happen to LOVE mica. I used to have a ginormous pet granite boulder as a child. I used to sit in front of it for hours picking mica off it being hyper focused on trying to split the layers. (I still love doing that). Patination is a unique and beautiful process producing an amazing green and brown film on top of a copper sheet. You can see where bits have flecked off allowing the copper underside to peek through. The cut shapes against the striking dreamy purple and white glass have created a spectacular split complementary palette that is mesmerizing. Trust me, you’ll want to touch it.

8.25” x 8.25” Once upon a time, there was a blue sunflower that stood out among the yellow ones in the field. Its unique color caught the eye of a passing bug with beautiful abalone wings and a rose quartz butt, who couldn't resist landing on it. From that day on, the blue sunflower became a favorite spot for this lovely bug where it basked in the warmth of the sun and enjoyed their beautiful uniqueness.

14" x 12" The swirl pattern of the fiddle fern inspires this design. The swirling motion represents movement, flow, and transformation - all important aspects of personal growth and spiritual evolution. The energy of the swirl inspires creativity, adaptability, and the ability to go with the flow of life. This energy helps us release old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us, allowing us to embrace new experiences and opportunities.

13" x 13" The mosaic was created from a ceramic pitcher I I purchased in Spain and is a beautiful example of the picassiette technique. This technique involves using broken pieces of ceramics, such as plates, dishes, and tiles, to create a new work of art. It's fascinating to think that the ceramic pitcher was once a functional object, but now it has been turned into a work of art, a testament to the beauty that can be created from unexpected materials. I used gold painted coral and colored mirror to create movement and reflection. The coral adds texture and color that compliments the design on the pitcher. The colored mirror creates an exciting and dynamic effect that enhances the movement in the piece. The way the light reflects off the colored mirror creates a sense of movement, almost like the artwork is alive and moving. The flow of this piece reminds me of a Japanese dragon in flight.
