A sweet look to remind you to be caring, compassionate, and to have inner peace.
Once upon a time, Shelley a young girl in Colorado, was walking to the town library and passed by a vibrant orange and red tulip in the garden. The petals shimmered with the essence of fire, illuminating the surrounding flora. Shelley stopped to gaze in wonder at this glorious flower and was awestruck by the pattern and colors she saw deep inside. As the sun's rays of that afternoon caressed Shelley, the tulip radiated a captivating aura. The vibrant colors danced and shimmered, casting a spell of enchantment upon Shelley that would stay with her throughout her life. As time passed, the memory of tulip's magic spread into her art and she later learned about the magic of sacred geometry. Thinking back to that glorious moment of her childhood, Shelley was again awestruck at how geometry was intricately woven into the structure and origin of that fiery tulip. Each petal, each curve, and each angle held a divine equation, creating a harmonious symphony of energy. And now, years later I have rendered this memory as a gorgeous orange and red tulip adorned with tiger eye, copper, and rhinestones. I hope my pieces touch the hearts and minds of those who interact with my art. Size: 24" Inner Mirror: 10" Weight: 8 pounds Glass, Mirror, Fire Torched Copper, Austrian Crystals, Tiger Eye
I have created a soothing mosaic exploring 7 petal geometry. I imagine I am a fairy, resting underneath a gorgeous tulip, gazing up at the petals in a state of enchantment and tranquility. This beautiful piece is made with glass, mirror, copper, and crystals. It celebrates the stem, stamen, and anthers, the pollinators which the petals frame and shelter. The geometry of this flower is made with pink mirror and represents the energy flow of the flower. With its shimmering iridescent surface, this mosaic invites you to explore the magical world beneath the tulip. I can almost feel the soft touch of the tulip's petals against my skin and feel the sunshine through the mottled glass. The sacred geometry patterns hidden deep within flowers fascinates me. My intent with this series I’m creating for the MN Landscape Arboretum spring flower show, is to capture the essence of nature's beauty and hidden structure. Does this piece evoke a sense of wonder and serenity with you? Size: Diameter – 25” Weight: 8 pounds
Deep inside the flowering lotus lies a hidden gem rarely seen or pondered upon: the seed pod. Upon closer examination, the pod's geometry reveals an intriguing connection to the "Seed of Life." This captivating shape, formed by the intersection of seven circles, represents the interdependence of all living beings and the unity of creation. It serves as a blueprint for the fundamental patterns and structures that underpin the universe, even acting as a guide for the creation of life itself. For the past few years, I have been captivated by this shape, finding it to be a wellspring of creative inspiration. With meticulous care, I have crafted a mosaic that embodies the essence of this sacred symbol. Through the careful selection of calming shades of green, blue, and yellow, I have sought to evoke a sense of tranquility. The seeds, depicted in a vibrant marigold yellow, are adorned with glass coins of 24 carat gold leaf, accompanied by a circle of fire-torched copper. The shimmering presence of gold bestows a touch of grandeur, beckoning you to explore the hidden secrets concealed within the depths of the Lotus. Size: 33" Weight: 14 pounds
